• Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be eligible for return.

• Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

• The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

3. Refund Process

• After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

• Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items
